About our Heavyweight
We build our Heavyweight model beginning with a solid block of performance-enhancing black linen-base Micarta which lends exceptional stabilizing qualities due to the added mass weight and high density of the material. The Heavyweight has earned a place in our Performance line for the advantages introduced by the mass weight of the materials.
Center striping highlights the divided handle while overlays provide further embellishment on the handle back.
We build our Heavyweights in a takedown recurve or takedown longbow, either with our dual-pin, double-bolt limb attachment design, or with our exclusive performance-boosting Stabi-Lock™ tool-free limb system. Available as a right-hand or left-hand bow.
