Bubinga + Tamo
We’ve crafted this takedown recurve by starting with a super-duper core slab of stabilizing black Micarta sandwiched between two outer layers of beautiful Bubinga in our 19″ handle. We then hand shaped it into our classic profile to reveal character at every turn of the riser. Accenting the handle back is four layers starting with Tamo Ash on top, then black framing White Mic.
Our acclaimed super curve Cobra limbs are clad in Carbon Twill, locking in exceptional side-to-side torsional strength, and fitted with our exclusive dual-bolt alignment system.
And these limbs look as good as they perform, from the sophisticated reptilian carbon pattern running the length of each limb to the crowning glory of limb tips in a four-layer design of Birdseye Maple with an underlayment in White Micarta framed in black. The limb caps (under the bolts) are topped in Brown Karelian Birch Burl for a seamless design. One super fine looking bow as well as a fabulous shooter!
