Rates & Carriers

Our bow shipments within the U.S. are sent UPS (United Parcel Service) Ground. Complete bows orders or a set of limbs shipped within the Contiguous U.S. cost a flat rate of $45 for shipping and handling,

Shipments for International and APO/FPO customers are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) at a flat rate of $75. Any international taxes, customs, or related fees will be your responsibility at the time of receipt.

Lesser packages are calculated at flat rates via our e-commerce system, ranging from $8 (pieces and parts) to $20 (quivers) – with slight upcharges for Alaska and Hawaii.

Taxes & Insurance

For sales to Texas customers, we collect 6.75% State sales tax. International customers are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes, customs or other fees related to the order.

Your package is insured against damage caused by UPS. If UPS loses your package during transit, your package is insured. Once delivery confirmation is received, we are not responsible for theft or damage to your package (example: you have a neighbor sign for your package and it is left on your doorstep, then stolen). If you are concerned about the safety of your delivery address, it is your responsibility to make other delivery arrangements (see Signature Required section for more info).

Order Processing

Most orders, excluding custom bow orders, ship within 3 business days. Processing time of your order can vary from 3-14 days depending on product availability. Custom bow orders typically require 3 months (or longer during peak seasons). Call or contact us anytime you need a current time estimate on bow production as it relates to your custom order.

Transit Time

Once shipped, most Domestic UPS Ground packages are delivered within 4 business days. International USPS shipments can require up to 2 weeks, not counting Saturdays, Sundays or Federal Holidays.

Signature Required

We require the signature of someone age 18 or over in order for UPS to leave your package. We can ship to your home address, business address, or we can ship to a UPS store in your area if delivery to your home or business address is not an option. You will be provided with a Tracking Number for your UPS shipment so that you can better plan receipt of the package. You can also sign up for text alerts via the UPS web site in order to track your package more closely.
